Staff Writer Irvine, CA April 29, 2002 (Reuter) --Irvine, CA April 29, 2002 -- In a large lecture hall on the campus of The University of California, Irvine, the name David Horlick is mentioned in the same breathe as party animal, stud, and corporate high-flyer. The reference of himself to anything beyond good student and bright guy is something that David "couldn't have imaged when he first step foot on the Southern Californian campus." After all, he barely partied, was slightly overweight, and never worked in any environment besides volunteer work. "I hadn't any experience or much social interaction growing up or early in my collegiate life. I was tempted to join a frat, but I wasn't much of a socializer and my main focus was getting a good job before graduation. In retrospect, I think I could have accomplished even more if I discovered TCG freshman or sophomore year." "My life and outlook has done a complete 360 since my membership to TCG Student Services and becoming president of UCI's Content Club. Its so amazing and at the same time hard to believe I've come so far in such a short amount of time." David came to UCI as a transfer student living in a community house with a dormatory atmosphere (Arroyo Vista). He didn't know the proper approach between asking a girl out or asking for class notes. Everything changed when his friend informed him of a fast growing company that helped him land a job at Johnson & Johnson. "One of my friends is is a system analyst at Johnson & Johnson. He showed me what he had learned from TCG Student Services and I witnessed firsthand his success. After reviewing their service options, I chose the eAdvisory practice based on its track record and amazing results with my friend."
At the start of eAdvisorytm, TCG Student Services assigns a team of professionals to address a member's goals or
concerns. David had three goals he set forth to accomplish in a year's time: an IT internship at Deloitte Consulting, lose 20 pounds,
and get a date with a girl he's had an eye on since transferring to UCI. Little did he know he'd accomplish all three plus a lot more. Within the first month, David was able to use and capitalize on the services provided through eAdvisory.tm He was able to acquire the necessary skills to approach women, professors, and most importantly, potential employers. He landed the coveted Deloitte Consulting internship, lost 10 pounds, and began going out and socializing in the L.A. nightlife. All with the assistance of his senior advisors providing detailed, personalized advisory services that permeated into Dave's everyday issues. After his brief bout of success, he decided to spread the word to others. "I started the Content Club to inform others about how much they can achieve and benefit themselves by receiving the same type of personal attention. Their network is so large and spans so far, that anything I needed insight about was provided in a highly detailed, weekly advisory session. I feel happier then ever when I think of where I've been, but especially where I'm going in life. I want to tell the world! David has made even further strides since signing up with eAdvisory.tm He now run over 3 miles a day, has plenty of dating options, and recently interviewed with MicroSoft. "The photo I've submitted for this story doesn't even reflect the mental weight or burden I've lost since becoming connected. I'm working out four times a week, gone on several wonderful dates, and interviewed with for a product management position. I'm always in an interview, on the telephone or online with my Sr. Advisor. People come up to me and say, wow, I can't believe my eyes. But I'm still the same guy at heart and want to help people achieve all their wants, dreams, and desires. It just takes time, commitment, and expert advice from those who are where you want to go. TCG Student Services provided everything I needed. I'm just happy to be part of such a world-class organization." TCG Student Services has many more unheard success stories and continues to revolutionize and optimize the college transitional experience. They just recently released record membership growth and have added an additional research department providing its member valuable information for term papers and thesis work.
